Building something and need the person who builds it?

Building something, or about to, and need the engineering side handled properly? That's the work I've done three times over. Tell me where you are and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm useful.

REPLIES DIRECTLY
Direct Response

You'll hear from me, not a recruiter or an assistant. I usually reply within 24 hours on business days.

TALKS WITH FOUNDERS
Straightforward Discussion

I'd rather spend 30 minutes on your problem than on a sales process.

NEAR-FULL EU OVERLAP, US MORNINGS
Timezone Availability

I've run teams from Kathmandu across those hours, so collaborating with Europe or the US is standard practice.

Start a Conversation

Tell me what you're building.

I read these myself, and I reply to the ones that are a real fit.

Not a robot
I read everything myself.
BOOK A CALL
Book a 30-minute call

A straight 30 minutes on what you're building and where you are with it. If it's a fit, you'll know at the end of the call. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.

How I Work
How I Work with Founders
I ship the first version myself, then hire around the gaps, and get the team to the point where it runs without me. That's the pattern I've done three times: 55 people at AITC, 50 at Veda Studios, 100+ at Gamemano.
